Becoming Love: Relationship Myths

This Sunday, we begin a great new series: Becoming Love. For love is truly who are called to become.

Have you ever imagined a life without love? What about a family without love? Or what about a church without love?

Love is certainly the central piece in all our relationships. How could we exist without it?

Our series begins with Relationship Myths. Which ones have you held? Some popular ones include:

+If we love each other, we should never argue.

+If it is meant to be, it will work out.

+If we are really close, we should intuitive know what the other needs.

Relationship myths often get us into trouble, don’t they?

When I was newly married I remember thinking Jeff should just KNOW what I needed. But of course, how could he—especially when I often didn’t know myself?

Come and join in this week – we will look at the myths we often believe and where God calls us to grow as people of faith.  Let’s continue the conversation on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.

Listen to last week’s message.
